Requirements

  • •Enrollment as a full-time student in IT, computer science, or similar field
  • •Solid knowledge of Python for scripting, data manipulation, and model development
  • •Familiarity with software testing methodologies
  • •Experience with data collection, preprocessing, labeling, and evaluation for AI model training
  • •Ability to work with embedded systems and/or understand integration of AI models into real-time environments
  • •Knowledge in programming languages (Python, C, C++)
  • •Basic experience in agile software development methods
  • •Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development practices
  • •Knowledge of DevOps
  • •Fluency in English; German is a plus
  • •Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary, international teams
  • •Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • •Participate in the verification and validation process of AI models
  • •Contribute to the design and execution of test cases for AI components
  • •Support the collection, curation, and labeling of datasets
  • •Assist in training and fine-tuning AI/ML models using Python
  • •Develop and maintain automated pipelines for model training
  • •Analyze model behavior and performance
  • •Contribute to debugging and improving AI models
  • •Enhance AI development and verification processes through automation
  • •Stay updated on the latest AI/ML technologies
