Tasks

  • •Support predevelopment activities in CAE and FEM environments
  • •Contribute to engineering tasks for plastics and elastomers
  • •Evaluate plastic material characteristics against manufacturer specifications
  • •Build and update databases for nonlinear simulations
  • •Compare simulation results with physical measurements
  • •Analyze snap-fit designs to derive requirement profiles
  • •Apply VDI 2016 standards to snap-fit connections
  • •Perform basic FEM analyses using ABAQUS or HyperWorks
  • •Evaluate modulus and creep behavior for dynamic performance
