Requirements

  • Enrollment in Technical Communication, Content Engineering, Media Informatics, Business Informatics, Linguistics, or comparable study
  • Ability to present complex technical content clearly
  • Excellent German and fluent English skills
  • Structured, reliable, and independent work manner
  • Openness to new systems and software
  • Ideally basic knowledge of XML-based writing or content modularization
  • Affinity for IT and digitalization interest

Tasks

  • Support innovative technical publication projects
  • Create and revise English-language user instructions
  • Maintain patient information using internal templates
  • Edit technical documentation in the content management system
  • Ensure safe use of software and surgical instruments
  • Migrate and configure documentation in the CMS
  • Collaborate with R&D and graphic designers
  • Coordinate with translation specialists and quality assurance
  • Verify terminology used in publications
  • Maintain the internal terminology database
  • Implement new technologies and documentation tools
