Improving OPC UA Gateway application and training tire plants for RFID pilot implementation. Basic C# and web technology skills required. Hands-on experience with OT and RFID infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic, or comparable field
  • Specialization in Industrial Automation
  • Basic C# programming skills
  • Basic web technology skills (HTML, CSS)
  • Basic knowledge on RFIDs
  • Initial experience with OPC UA Server and Client
  • Good Power BI report generation skills
  • Competent handling of MS Office tools
  • Fluent English
  • Basic German language skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong networking skills
  • Structured thinking
  • Creative thinking
  • Current certificate of enrollment
  • Current transcripts of records
  • Confirmation of mandatory internship requirement
  • Valid residence permit (if required)
  • Valid work permit including additional sheet (if required)
  • Severely handicapped people applications welcome

Tasks

  • Improve existing OPC UA Gateway application
  • Train Tire plants for RFID pilot implementation
  • Set up RFID test lab with hardware and software
  • Develop and improve PowerBI dashboard for KPIs
  • Support maintenance and improvement of knowledge base
  • Ensure 100% material input validation with RFIDs

  • Currently in higher education
