Requirements

  • Enrolled in Bachelor's/Master's in data science, engineering, or related technical field
  • Strong academic record
  • Experience in data science, AI projects, or digital/IT initiatives (internships, university projects, portfolio)
  • Fluent English language skills
  • German language skills (plus)
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP)
  • Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools (ideally Power BI)
  • Experience with generative AI or automation projects (plus)
  • Ability to work with large datasets for insights
  • Proactive, creative, and structured team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly to non-experts

Tasks

  • Analyze emerging digital technologies and AI trends
  • Evaluate relevance of trends for R&D
  • Propose potential use cases, including ethical AI and MLOps
  • Develop data dashboards and visualization tools
  • Process large R&D datasets
  • Present insights in user-friendly formats
  • Collaborate with R&D, IT, and digital teams
  • Implement digital initiatives
  • Support communication across stakeholders
  • Contribute to digital strategy discussions
  • Support adoption of new tools by gathering feedback
  • Align with user needs
  • Plan and organize AI training programs
  • Deliver workshops and tutorials
  • Create educational content
  • Develop step-by-step guides
  • Design interactive exercises
  • Guide participants
  • Answer questions
  • Collect feedback
  • Promote continuous learning
  • Foster adoption of AI tools and workflows
