Requirements

  • Study in economics, communication science, psychology, social sciences, ophthalmology/optometry, medical technology, or engineering
  • Strong customer focus and interest in medical technology and complex products
  • Very good written and spoken English and German skills
  • Strong analytical skills for processing complex content and contexts
  • High degree of initiative, motivation, and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Strong communication skills, good time management, and initial experience in project management
  • Advanced skills in MS Office 365 and initial experience with qualitative and quantitative tools for data analysis

Tasks

  • Support product and workflow management in refractive laser technology
  • Collaborate with product managers on innovation and product development projects
  • Learn and apply usability engineering methods for medical devices
  • Participate in user research activities, including interviews and customer meetings
  • Evaluate data from user research activities
  • Present work and research results to the team clearly and convincingly
  • Assist in creating and revising business and marketing plans, including presentations and graphics
  • Conduct independent competitive research and prepare results
  • Assist in creating sales information for products
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing workshops and managing customer contracts
  • Work independently within a dynamic and supportive team

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
