Requirements

  • •Studying economics, industrial engineering, or related field in third semester or higher
  • •Strong analytical mindset, teamwork, and hands-on qualities
  • •Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and experience with SPSS or similar software
  • •Practical experience and interest in consulting, private equity, venture capital, and startups
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English

Tasks

  • •Support European private-equity funds in creating commercial due diligence reports
  • •Assist investors in strategic decision-making throughout the M&A lifecycle
  • •Develop market models and validate business plans
  • •Contribute to the financial evaluation of potential target companies
  • •Conduct primary and secondary research for market, customer, and competitor analyses
  • •Perform expert interviews independently
  • •Manage and expand an investor database
  • •Contribute to the design of a deal database
  • •Identify investment opportunities during target screening
