Requirements

  • Engineering or Master's student in biochemistry, biology, pharmacy, chemistry, or comparable
  • Knowledge of drug metabolism and xenobiotics disposition
  • Experience with cell culture, molecular biology, and ideally biochemical assays
  • Experience in protein quantification and/or LC-MS as a plus

Tasks

  • Develop innovative approaches for drug metabolism
  • Work with advanced organoid cultures
  • Utilize state-of-the-art instrumentation and methods
  • Conduct various in vitro assays
  • Perform cell culture tasks
  • Operate laboratory automation systems
  • Execute detailed LC-MS analysis
