Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Digital Marketing or related field
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Advantageous familiarity with digital marketing platforms (DAM, PIM, content/asset management)
  • Advantageous familiarity with process mapping, documentation, or SOP creation
  • Comfortable learning and using new technologies
  • Willingness to explore platform functionalities and technical integrations
  • Ability to identify platform-related challenges
  • Ability to propose actionable solutions
  • Interest in digital transformation projects
  • Understanding of content and asset management
  • Experience or interest in international business environment
  • Understanding of different cultural contexts

Tasks

  • Support Martech project deployment and optimization

  • Understand marketing platform needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements
  • Assess SBU digital maturity
  • Contribute to platform setup and configuration
  • Deploy DAM, DAM-PIM interface, and custom platforms
  • Monitor platform usage and performance
  • Analyze platform performance
  • Recommend platform enhancements
  • Map digital asset management processes
  • Document product information workflows
  • Document platform integrations
  • Create a playbook for platform use
  • Provide guidance on workflows and features
  • Develop standard operating procedures
  • Assist in onboarding SBUs to new platforms
  • Guide SBUs through platform transitions
  • Provide resources for platform adoption
  • Develop training materials
  • Create presentations for change management
  • Develop resources for user readiness
