Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student, passed first semesters
  • Studies in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
  • Previous practical experience in communications or marketing
  • Fluent English skills, written and spoken
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Solid project management capabilities
  • Comfortable interacting with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Interaction with high level management

Tasks

  • Contribute to internal communication and branding projects
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across functions and regions
  • Prepare materials for global meetings
  • Support cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership
  • Manage project tasks for strategic projects
  • Handle global reporting and track progress
  • Manage action items and maintain project documentation
  • Gain hands-on experience in Adhesive Technologies
  • Work in General Manufacturing and Maintenance
