Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, or related field, ideally with Marketing/Communications focus
  • Initial experience in marketing, communications, or related field (plus)
  • Strong English proficiency

  • Digital affinity and understanding of digital marketing tools/channels
  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience in an international environment (ideal)

Tasks

  • Develop compelling messaging for industrial adhesives
  • Create content tailored to target audiences and market segments
  • Plan and execute trade shows and conferences
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and on-site support for events
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams
  • Ensure aligned communication with market strategy, commercial, and application engineering
  • Manage advertising agencies and external partners
  • Implement integrated communication and marketing campaigns
  • Analyze performance of marketing activities
  • Prepare KPI-based reports (e.g., engagement, sales impact, market share, brand awareness)
  • Support continuous improvement with data-driven insights

Education

  • Currently in higher education
