Requirements

  • Ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering, Telematics, Informatics, Information and Computer Engineering, Physics, System Test Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or similar
  • Willingness to work part-time for minimum 1 year, preferably longer
  • Knowledge in software development (e.g. NI LabVIEW, Python, C or MATLAB)
  • Experience with lab equipment (e.g. Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers etc.)
  • Knowledge of microcontrollers / embedded systems / signal processing
  • Curiosity to learn about new technologies
  • Self-driven, self-motivated and organized
  • Accuracy and strong analytic skills
  • Team player with good communication skills and fluent in English
  • Availability approximately 16h/week
  • Responsibility for security related tasks
  • Conscious and reliable way of working for security certifications

Tasks

  • Develop software for automated lab environments
  • Analyze and post-process test data
  • Debug and identify root causes of unexpected results
  • Operate state-of-the-art RF measurement equipment
  • Present measurement results
  • Design and solder PCBs
  • Learn about semiconductor ICs and embedded ARM software
  • Explore RF measurement techniques

  • Currently in higher education
