In this internship, you will explore the technical and regulatory landscape of electricity grids, collaborating with experts and conducting comparative studies between Germany and France to enhance your understanding of grid connection conditions.

Requirements

  • Suitability for writing a master's thesis
  • Currently enrolled as a master's student
  • Preferred study subjects: Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics or similar
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in energy research and sustainability
  • Written and spoken German and French (minimum B2 level), knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Initial experience or university courses in electricity grids, markets and/or regulation, experience in electromobility is an advantage
  • Interest in working in a trilingual project and work environment

Tasks

  • Analyze technical and regulatory aspects of electricity grids in Germany and France
  • Focus on technical grid connection conditions
  • Cooperate and consult with experts and stakeholders in the electricity grid field
  • Conduct comparative studies between Germany and France
