Requirements

  • Enrollment at a university
  • Interest in AI, machine learning, data analytics or digital technologies
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as OpenAI, ChatGPT or Anthropic Claude
  • Ideally hands‑on experience with automation tools like Make, Zapier or n8n
  • Analytical thinking and ability to translate complexity into pragmatic solutions
  • Knowledge of Azure Foundry as a strong plus
  • Structured and self‑driven work manner
  • Curiosity to explore new digital approaches
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English

Tasks

  • Explore and develop digital, data-driven approaches
  • Improve efficiency and scalability of Talent Acquisition processes
  • Assess AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
  • Evaluate AI value within the recruiting context
  • Support workflow automation using Make, Zapier, or n8n
  • Contribute to content automation and data insights projects
  • Support process optimization initiatives
  • Take ownership of defined project work packages
  • Propose ideas to strengthen digital maturity
  • Enhance the innovation capability of Talent Acquisition
