Requirements

  • •Enrollment in Bachelor’s (4th semester or higher) or Master’s program in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
  • •Previous experience in HR, consulting, or organizational development (advantageous)
  • •Strong interest in organizational cultural change, change and transformation projects, or development of new skills based on insights and data
  • •Proactive, self-starter mentality with independent task management and initiative
  • •Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • •Proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and documentation
  • •Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail

  • •Support the design and implementation of organizational initiatives
  • •Assist in developing and delivering workshop concepts and learning formats
  • •Collect and structure data for HR system integration
  • •Prepare and facilitate stakeholder and team meetings

  • •Create high-quality presentations and documentation
  • •Participate in team discussions and provide feedback
