Internship CRM Specialist(m/w/x)
Executing CRM campaigns with Bloomreach and building dynamic email templates. Basic HTML and templating language familiarity a plus. 1-year contract in an international, agile environment.
Requirements
- Pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, data/analytics, communication, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset and passion for data-driven decision-making
- Basic knowledge of HTML; familiarity with templating languages (e.g., Jinja) is a plus
- Interest in CRM, lifecycle marketing, personalization, and customer engagement
- First experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, or email marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio) or basic Python is an advantage
- Structured, proactive working style and ability to collaborate across teams
- Excellent communication skills in English; German or any other of our market languages are a plus (French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish or Portuguese)
Tasks
- Support CRM campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Create and execute CRM campaigns using Bloomreach
- Build and maintain dynamic email templates with HTML and Jinja
- Develop and optimize CRM automations
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior
- Use analytics tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, and Bloomreach
- Contribute to customer segmentation and personalization
- Set up, execute, and evaluate A/B tests
- Collaborate with tech and data teams for data quality and CRM setup
- Assist with documentation, sprint planning, and cross-team alignment
Education
- Currently in higher education
