Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in international business or economics with marketing focus
  • First experiences in eCRM, direct marketing, marketing automation, digital marketing, or communications
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Knowledge in additional European languages (beneficial)
  • Analytical skills
  • Good self-organization skills for independent project handling
  • High digital affinity
  • Proactive attitude
  • Availability from July 2026 for 6 months (ideal)

Tasks

  • Support eCRM strategy development and execution
  • Implement eCRM strategy end-to-end
  • Handle brand activation, content, SEO, marketing automation, and consumer segmentation
  • Identify opportunities to enhance eCRM performance
  • Understand consumer behavior across touchpoints
  • Collaborate with countries, partners, data analysts, and brand teams
  • Stay current with eCRM, content, SEO, first-party data, and personalization trends
  • Drive innovation with the latest industry trends

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Fluent
  • German – Basic
