Requirements

  • First experiences in content production, particularly from design and digital production agencies
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills for independent project handling
  • Strong common sense and logic for problem-solving
  • Hands-on attitude
  • Passion for digital and beauty industry/FMCG products

Tasks

  • Plan and execute content productions for Henkel Consumer Brands
  • Manage photo and video shoots in studios, events, and external productions
  • Handle art buying for pre-production
  • Manage stakeholders during pre-production
  • Prepare for successful shoots
  • Provide on-set support during production
  • Track shot lists during production
  • Manage studio operations during production
  • Track timings during post-production
  • Manage stakeholders during post-production
  • Support the overall production calendar
  • Plan shoots efficiently
  • Review cost estimates
  • Coordinate talent and suppliers for projects
  • Collaborate with the production team

  • Currently in higher education
