Requirements

  • Studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field
  • Experience in optimizing business processes
  • Experience summarizing process modelling workshops
  • Ability to work on multiple topics
  • Initial knowledge in process modelling (BPMN 2.0)
  • Experience with visual collaboration platforms like MIRO
  • Fluent use of in-house AI Tools (e.g., CLAASGPT)
  • Very good German skills (written and spoken)
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to quickly understand complex tasks
  • Ability to develop simple, innovative solutions
  • Enthusiasm and high motivation
  • Communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Work on projects within interdisciplinary teams
  • Independent work
  • Strong communication skills

Tasks

  • Support data-driven improvement of business processes and products
  • Model and document processes using CLAAS process portal (Celonis)
  • Analyse data from various departments
  • Communicate with different stakeholders
  • Participate in process alignment workshops
  • Ensure smooth digitization and implementation of processes
  • Prepare workshops and training sessions
  • Contribute to workshop and training execution
  • Gain insight into interdisciplinary, international teams
  • Explore different departments within CLAAS Group

  • Currently in higher education
