- •BSc or MSc student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management & Technology, Supply Chain / Operations Management, Risk Management, Economics, or related field
- •Strong analytical and organizational skills
- •Comfort with documents, data, and structured processes
- •Clear and professional communication style
- •Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented working approach
- •Confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- •Fluency in English (C1 level)
- •Enrollment at a university in Switzerland at the time of the internship

Tasks
- •Organize and maintain BCM documentation
- •Review and align documentation with Group standards
- •Contribute to procedure updates with the Group BCP Lead
- •Support coordination and communication with sites
- •Prepare communications and track deliverables
- •Assist in meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions
- •Help with training and readiness activities
- •Prepare training materials for exercises and simulations
