Requirements

  • Successful completion of first semesters in business administration, marketing, or international business studies
  • Initial practical experience in project management, brand activation, or media management
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Confident use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong interest in trends, innovation, and digital touchpoints understanding
  • Willingness to work in cross-functional teams and reliability
  • Open, communicative personality, passion for constant change, entrepreneurial mindset, networking skills

Tasks

  • Develop holistic 360° activation concepts for European core brands
  • Create successful European activation plans
  • Conduct independent trend research
  • Analyze consumer needs, media, activations, and competitors
  • Monitor European activation campaigns
  • Coordinate European activation campaigns
  • Independently derive insights and action points
  • Manage creative agencies for activation executions
  • Serve as key contact for internal and external partners
  • Support maximizing long-term strategies
  • Propose brand-country activation combinations
