Requirements

  • •Student of Apparel, Sportswear, Fashion, or Textile Design
  • •Fluent written and spoken English
  • •Fluency in Illustrator and Photoshop
  • •Experience with 3D programs like CLO3D
  • •Strong storytelling abilities
  • •Good sketching and renderings skills
  • •Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • •Previous design experience is a plus
  • •Full-time student enrollment or gap year
  • •Penultimate year of study preferred
  • •Availability from September 2026 – February 2027
  • •Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach, Germany

Tasks

  • •Support the team with daily operational tasks
  • •Assist and observe the end-to-end design process
  • •Gather trend and consumer data for product categories
  • •Help create seasonal design ideas and concepts
  • •Assist with creative presentations and material research
  • •Complete CAD revisions and color updates
  • •Develop technical packages for production
  • •Create prototypes and design samples for seasonal concepts
  • •Support and participate in product fitting sessions
  • •Communicate with marketing and development stakeholders
  • •Upload data into the internal software system
