- Enjoyment of working with branch managers and teams
- Independent work, effective prioritization, structured and process-oriented approach
- Confident communication, thriving in cross-functional teams, self-motivation, stakeholder motivation across cultures and hierarchies
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent English communication
- German language skills (plus)
Tasks
- Lead projects to increase customer satisfaction internationally
- Conduct on-site audits at major SIXT branches globally
- Ensure premium brand standards and outstanding customer service
- Collaborate with country organizations and franchise partners
- Drive continuous development of quality tools
- Define new processes and SOPs to elevate service standards
- Identify opportunities to enhance service quality
- Implement concrete, measurable improvements in branches
