International Influencer Marketing Manager(m/w/x)
Expanding yfood's Smart Food brand across 10+ European markets via scalable influencer structures. International social media landscape understanding required. Hybrid work, 30 days vacation, and workation from other EU countries.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in international/multi-market environment
- Proven experience managing agencies, influencers, and external partners
- Strong understanding of international social media and influencer landscape
- Strong intercultural communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds
- Strong sensitivity to cultural differences, local trends, and market-specific consumer behaviour
- Hands-on mentality
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Confidence working with KPIs, campaign reporting, and performance-driven initiatives
- Fluent English skills (C2 level)
- Spanish language skills (plus)
- Additional European languages (beneficial)
Tasks
- Expand yfood’s presence in international markets
- Build scalable influencer marketing structures
- Manage external agencies and partners
- Drive influencer collaborations for brand awareness
- Shape local influencer ecosystems
- Contribute to yfood’s international growth
- Manage relationships with external influencer agencies
- Ensure campaigns align with yfood’s processes and standards
- Support new market launches and growth
- Collaborate with local partners, agencies, and influencers
- Serve as main point of contact for agency and partner management
- Identify and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns
- Work with influencers on Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok
- Develop creative campaign concepts and briefs
- Produce authentic, high-performing content
- Track and analyze campaign performance and KPIs
- Share insights and best practices with stakeholders
- Support performance-driven initiatives
- Manage affiliate collaborations
- Track discount code performance
- Handle whitelisting and paid amplification
- Coordinate influencer-led paid media campaigns
