Requirements
- Experience in Client Success, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Digital Advertising Operations, Retail Media Operations, Process Management, or similar role
- Strategic and process-driven mindset
- Ability to combine operational excellence and commercial thinking
- Experience in Retail Media, AdTech, Digital Marketing, or related environments
- Working with data, dashboards, reporting structures, and operational systems
- Ability to analyze and improve complex workflows in international, cross-functional, and matrix organizations
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to align teams across markets without direct authority
- English fluency
Tasks
- Transform Client Success & Operations into a proactive commercial growth function
- Design and standardize end-to-end post-sales processes for 150+ products
- Create and implement scalable playbooks, SOPs, reports, and dashboards
- Develop and roll out shared tools for local country teams
- Harmonize service standards across the portfolio
- Ensure consistent, high-quality partner value delivery
- Use campaign and performance data for ROI reporting
- Track key post-sales KPIs and increase global performance transparency
- Identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Translate findings into scalable process and commercial improvements
- Integrate and optimize workflows across core systems
- Train and onboard local teams to adopt new processes and tools
- Enable local teams to meet global standards
- Bridge communication between local markets and cross-functional teams
