- •2-3 years experience in Commercial or Category Management
- •Retail or Consumer Goods industry experience
- •Experience with stakeholders and cross-country teams
- •Leadership of cross-functional projects and processes
- •Strong analytical skillset and data identification
- •Understanding of master data structures
- •Teamwork, flexibility, motivation, and pragmatism
- •Willingness to travel frequently
- •Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- •Excellent command of English

- •Develop and roll out new category processes
- •Tailor processes to country-specific workflows

- •Create harmonized category reporting systems
- •Develop cross-country category review plans
- •Promote international best-practice sharing
- •Manage end-to-end international promotional activities
- •Oversee international supplier management
- •Align supplier activities with global strategies
- •Collaborate with marketing and data science teams
