Tasks
- Identify, ideate, and prototype GenAI use cases in Internal Controls
- Implement GenAI use cases with colleagues and stakeholders
- Support development of IT controls methodology for financial reporting
- Support development of IT controls methodology for sustainability reporting
- Update RIC Manual sections based on updates and evolving requirements
- Improve RIC Manual supporting materials
- Answer methodology questions from the global IC community
- Prepare content for the global IC community
- Plan and deliver workshops for the global IC community
- Develop high-quality training decks
- Develop guidance materials
- Develop FAQs
- Develop communication materials
- Deliver training with team members
- Lead selected training modules
- Prepare materials for external auditor discussions
- Prepare analyses for external auditor discussions
- Participate in selected alignments with external auditors
- Identify patterns and recurring issues in IT controls
- Perform structured analyses of deficiencies
- Report on deficiencies
- Propose focused improvement actions
- Take part in cross-functional initiatives
- Take part in innovation topics
- Participate in selected assignments as guest auditor
