As an Internal Audit Manager, you will lead comprehensive audit cycles, assess risks, and enhance internal controls. This role involves clear communication of findings to management and fostering a culture of integrity and continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements

• •Minimum 5 years of internal or external audit experience
• •Strong expertise in risk assessment, internal controls, and audit methodology
• •Background in finance is highly preferred
• •Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) required
• •Additional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFE) are an advantage
• •Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities
• •Excellent communication skills in German and English
• •Proactive, independent, and growth-minded professional
