- •Degree in Economics, Business studies, or comparable background with specialization in human resources
- •Initial experience and knowledge of HR management and labor laws
- •Very good knowledge of core Office applications
- •Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
- •Strong teamwork and communication skills
- •Organizational skills
- •Ability to work independently
- •Willingness to learn and openness to new topics

- •Carry out entry and exit processes
- •Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases

- •Track and record employee training processes
- •Support the annual employee survey
- •Assume operational tasks in day-to-day business
- •Assist with HR projects and initiatives
- •Manage contract documentation on the SharePoint filing system
