Requirements

  • Enrollment in Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, or related field
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to draft accurate, clear documents and presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Experience with task automation or new software tools (plus)
  • Critical thinking and creative solution proposal
  • Experience in use case development, process improvements, prototyping
  • Proactive, self-reliant, and well-organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Effective collaboration across teams
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in German
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and practical use
  • Enrollment in university or gap year (for internship)
  • Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year)
  • Valid work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens)

Tasks

  • Champion GenAI use cases across teams
  • Test early prototypes and drive new ideas
  • Build expertise in different personas and knowledge domains
  • Support change initiatives and automate workflows
  • Create and maintain structured project documentation
  • Draft engaging internal and external communications
  • Conduct and present research on GenAI trends
  • Propose and execute your own ideas
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management
  • Gain exposure to other I&T Program workstreams
  • Contribute to cross-cutting topics as needed
  • Organize and follow up on internal management meetings
  • Assist in the conceptual preparation of workshops

  • Currently in higher education
