Requirements

• •Currently pursuing or completed degree in graphic design
• •First experience with Generative AI tools is a plus
• •Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• •Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• •Basic understanding of web design principles is a plus
• •Strong creative and analytical skills
• •Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• •Effective communication skills
• •Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• •Passionate about design and eager to learn
• •Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)

Tasks

• •Join the Experience Design team for hands-on design experience.
• •Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.
• •Design graphics and content for social media.
• •Develop digital lead-oriented campaigns across channels.
• •Enhance website aesthetics and user experience.
• •Support design and layout of website pages and emails.
• •Assist in creating marketing materials like brochures and flyers.
• •Participate in brainstorming sessions and share creative ideas.
• •Help create presentations and visual aids.
• •Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
