- •Knowledge of electronics and sensors
- •Experience with CAD software, especially CATIA
- •Experience with static and dynamic structural analysis
- •Independent and responsible work style
- •High motivation, teamwork, and communication skills
- •Very good English and preferably good German
- •Student status

Tasks
- •Research literature on continuous ultrasonic welding and industrial robots
- •Support ongoing robotic welding activities
- •Analyze requirements and prepare end effector specifications
- •Redesign the welding end effector using CATIA
- •Perform static and dynamic structural simulations
- •Iteratively improve the structure based on process forces
- •Validate models against measured static and dynamic data
- •Document results to ensure effective knowledge transfer
