- Assist Paris team in evaluating real estate transactions
- Participate in due diligence for acquisitions and sales
- Contribute to value enhancement analysis for portfolios
- Review proposed transactions to meet defined criteria
- Develop pre-tax and after-tax financial pro formas
- Gather and evaluate economic and market data
- Ensure pricing aligns with market conditions
- Prepare materials for Investment Committees
- Review legal documents during due diligence
- Conduct frequent property inspections
- Collaborate with Research teams on target markets
- Monitor local market conditions for investment evaluation
- Liaise with Fund Management, Asset Management, and other teams
- Coordinate with external service providers
- Engage in dialogue with Fund Managers on investment products

- Currently in higher education
