- Genuine interest in people and hiring

- Practical AI experience (LLMs, agents, prompt engineering)
- Exceptional organization and bias for action
- Low ego, operational work acceptance
- Sharp written and spoken English
- Based in Berlin (in-person role)
- Availability for 4-6 months
- Background in recruiting, HR ops, or coordination
- Exposure to ATS tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar)
- German language skills (plus)
Tasks
- Automate repetitive hiring tasks
- Map the hiring funnel
- Identify and fix process breakdowns
- Build workflows using n8n or similar tools
- Screen candidates daily
- Coordinate with hiring teams
- Follow up with candidates
- Ensure data reliability and accuracy
- Instrument tracking for clean data
Education
- Currently in higher educationOR
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
