  • •Laboratory experience in polymer synthesis and formulation
  • •Experience in analytical testing
  • •Confident English language skills
  • •Advantageous German language skills
  • •Initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
  • •Knowledge of MS Office software
  • •Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • •Availability for six months from August 2026

Tasks

  • •Co-develop innovative and sustainable adhesive components
  • •Work with natural and synthetic rubbers and resins
  • •Polymerize polyurethane polymers, formulations, and coatings
  • •Utilize solvent-based and hotmelt technologies
  • •Test laboratory adhesive samples and prototypes
  • •Apply chemical and physical measurement methods
  • •Perform adhesion, cohesion, and tensile testing
  • •Assist with customer-specific application tests
  • •Document and interpret development results
  • •Discuss findings with the project teams
