Requirements

  • •Recent graduate with a degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, engineering, or similar
  • •Knowledge of material properties/management and regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA, SwissMedic, Health Canada, ICH)
  • •Demonstrated technical and analytical thinking
  • •Basic skills in project planning and stakeholder management
  • •Proficiency in MS 365 and Google Workspace
  • •Self-structured, highly proactive, and result-oriented
  • •Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills in English
  • •Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage

Education

Currently in higher education
OR
Bachelor's degree

  • •Support the specification team in implementing enhancements
  • •Lead standardization initiatives for direct materials
  • •Gain experience in continuous improvement processes
  • •Learn about materials management and supplier specifications
  • •Assist in planning and driving smaller-scale projects
  • •Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • •Ensure effective collaboration between global teams
  • •Master professional communication standards in a global context
