Requirements

• •Degree in Business, Finance, or related
• •Ideally track record in finance or consulting
• •Preferred experience in consulting or banking
• •Exposure to executive-level strategy materials
• •Experience in complex or fast-paced environments
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• •Comfort with financial and operational data
• •Ability to synthesize complex information
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills
• •Consulting-style mindset and attention to detail

• •Professional maturity and sound judgment
• •Ability to use Microsoft Copilot
• •Fluency in English and preferable German
