In this role, you will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development teams to organize training events, manage budgets, and enhance recruitment processes aimed at attracting top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• •Sourcing strategies to attract candidates

Tasks

• •Organize and support training events for leaders, employees, and external trainers
• •Manage the L&D budget, including handling training requests and tracking costs
• •Maintain and update the internal performance and feedback tool
• •Assist in preparing and supporting Personnel Management Conferences and business projects
• •Design and edit engaging learning materials and videos
• •Oversee the recruitment process for interns and working students
• •Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Working Students and Interns
• •Define sourcing strategies to attract candidates in the automotive and consulting technology markets
• •Advertise recruitment vacancies to increase application rates
• •Conduct pre-selection and HR interviews, supporting hiring managers in shortlisting candidates
• •Create an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
