Requirements

  • •Studies in business administration, innovation management, marketing, software engineering, or related field
  • •Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for 'Build-Measure-Learn'
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • •Strong interest in automotive R&D, especially in Open Innovation, Lean Startup, or Crowdsourcing
  • •First experience with Open Innovation, Crowd Innovation, Lean Startup Methodology, or UI/UX Design is a plus
  • •Fluency in English and German

Tasks

  • •Support the Lead of Crowd Innovation
  • •Manage the BMW Crowd Innovation Platform
  • •Identify and implement improvements for user experience
  • •Assist BMW departments in conceptualizing structured calls for ideas
  • •Engage with the BMW Crowd as a moderator and ideation manager
  • •Set standards for ideation processes and crowd communication
  • •Contribute to platform content development
  • •Support communication work streams and early validation efforts
  • •Assist in project piloting for Business Building
