Requirements

  • •Studies in UI/UX design, communication science, communication design, business, innovation management, marketing, or a related field
  • •Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • •Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • •Experience in designing digital interfaces in Figma
  • •Excellent visual and written communication and marketing skills with strong presentation abilities
  • •Strong interest in automotive R&D, especially in Open Innovation, Lean Startup, or Crowdsourcing
  • •Fluency in English and German

  • •Support the creative vision and communication strategy
  • •Develop engaging content for digital and print formats
  • •Ensure alignment with brand identity
  • •Craft visually compelling narratives for complex innovation topics
  • •Shape a coherent communication journey from ideation to project piloting
  • •Assist in developing wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications
  • •Contribute to high-quality Figma designs for BMW AI Venture and AI products
  • •Help internal start-ups with end-to-end product design
