Tasks
- Assist with implementing a new treasury management system for Europe
- Support onboarding and integration of banks into the treasury system
- Assist with testing treasury system configurations, workflows, and reports
- Help document treasury system processes, mapping, and specifications
- Participate in troubleshooting with IT and system administrators
- Support deployment of a new rent roll management system in Europe
- Facilitate onboarding of third-parties onto the rent roll platform
- Develop, document, and manage operational support processes for rent roll
- Identify and implement automation solutions, including AI, for data reviews
- Help ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of key data sets
- Assist in maintaining and cleansing reference data
- Perform data collection, validation, reconciliation, and anomaly detection
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance data quality using AI
- Support design and improvement of automated data flows across teams
- Partner across teams to design and improve automated data flows
- Assist in developing and enhancing APIs, interfaces, and data pipelines
- Conduct testing of data integrations and document outcomes
- Develop and deliver insightful reports and analyses for decision-making
- Contribute to defining requirements for dashboards and KPIs
- Oversee creation and maintenance of interactive dashboards using Power BI
- Produce ad hoc reports and analyses as needed
