Description

As an intern in Transformation and Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the team with various initiatives, from developing tools and methodologies to preparing for important meetings. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the insurance industry while honing analytical skills.

Requirements

• •Enrollment in a university program in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• •Experience in handling and interpretation of data
• •Experience in project management methodologies
• •Strong working knowledge of MS Office and other business tools
• •Entrepreneurial approach and ability to work independently and in a team
• •Experience in using PowerBI and PowerApps
• •Openness to creative and innovative solutions and passion for forward-thinking technologies

Tasks

• •Support the development of initiatives, frameworks, tools, and methodologies for Operations and IT Steering
• •Assist in designing and developing internal Operations and IT processes and training materials
• •Aid in steering the annual AZ Group planning processes and IT Steering Boards
• •Prepare materials for Board presentations
• •Organize, execute, and wrap up workshops and team meetings
• •Optionally create and maintain high-quality reports and dashboards using Power BI
• •Optionally assist in creating a Minimum Viable Product for a Microsoft PowerApp
