Requirements

  • Undergraduate studies in finance, economics, mathematics (or similar) with excellent results
  • Currently enrolled in master’s program in finance, economics, mathematics (or similar)
  • Interest in Investment Management career
  • Prior internship experience in relevant area (preferred)
  • Interest in capital markets and investments
  • Fixed income know-how (beneficial)
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong quantitative capabilities
  • Strong credit skills
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good understanding of financial valuation methods
  • Good understanding of accounting valuation methods

Tasks

  • Perform market analysis and research on private debt opportunities
  • Contribute to fund investment proposals via due diligence analysis
  • Assess strengths and weaknesses of potential investments
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for investment committee
  • Participate in meetings with asset managers and stakeholders
  • Conduct fundamental credit analysis for co-investment opportunities
  • Utilize LBO and credit models to calibrate returns
  • Support screening of private credit secondary opportunities
  • Build and refine cash flow models for secondaries
  • Prepare investment committee memos
  • Construct marketing and client materials
  • Support portfolio monitoring, performance evaluation, and client reporting
  • Contribute to data analytics and portfolio management initiatives
  • Collaborate on live due diligence workstreams
  • Support identification of investment themes and opportunities
  • Work on models and written materials for investment committee
  • Gain insight into Master KVG operations

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Fluent
  • German – Basic
