Requirements

  • Proof of enrollment at time of internship
  • Pursuing studies in HR, Marketing, Communication, Social Sciences, or comparable field
  • Fluent English skills, written and spoken
  • Desirable German language skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Initial experience in HR or DE&I projects, ideally in international company
  • Passion for DE&I topics, ideally demonstrated through academic or voluntary activities
  • Ability to collaborate in multicultural and multinational team
  • Talent for creating appealing presentations, ability to work independently and quickly learn new topics
  • High motivation and initiative
  • Strong communication skills and results-oriented working style

Tasks

  • Support DE&I strategy development and communication
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on DE&I initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate DE&I campaigns and projects
  • Conduct research and provide resources for DE&I efforts
  • Coordinate communication and training initiatives
  • Monitor campaign progress and manage timelines, costs, and quality
  • Initiate corrective actions for deviations
  • Create presentations and communication materials
  • Support awareness-raising efforts for DE&I
  • Conduct research and benchmarking for DE&I

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
