  • •Identify inefficiencies and implement automated workflows
  • •Create and maintain structured project documentation
  • •Draft engaging internal and external communications
  • •Produce newsletters, announcements, and progress updates
  • •Develop presentations, reports, and various documents
  • •Translate technical topics into business-relevant communication
  • •Collaborate with business support and technology experts
  • •Research and present GenAI trends and tools
  • •Propose and execute original ideas independently
