Requirements

  • •Enrolled student in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or ideally post-graduate student
  • •Basic pharmacovigilance understanding or pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience
  • •Very good MS Office skills or ideally Business Intelligence proficiency
  • •Independent, structured working, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • •Strong communication and cross-functional interaction skills
  • •Very good English and optional German skills

Education

Currently in higher education
OR
Master's degree

Tasks

  • •Assist in collecting and processing Individual Case Safety Reports
  • •Document Individual Case Safety Reports accurately
  • •Perform case data entry in the global safety database
  • •Conduct quality checks within the global safety database
  • •Support ongoing literature screening activities
  • •Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations
  • •Update procedural documents including SOPs and work instructions
  • •Provide administrative and documentation support to the global team
