Supporting business development and market readiness for a D7 platform digitalizing financial products. Strong analytical skills and ability to meet tight deadlines required. Focus on new technologies and media content creation.

Requirements

  • Enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognized university for the entire activity period, with at least one semester completed (finance sector focus is advantageous)
  • Currently in a gap-year after bachelor's or master's degree (enrollment certificate not required for orientation internship)
  • Passion for new technologies, innovation, and media content creation
  • Independent work ability and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • High motivation and analytical skills for quick familiarization with new topics
  • Strong creativity, organizational, and communication skills
  • Good understanding of corporate branding and communication
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with relationship management, IT, Operations, and others
  • Well-structured with very good organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts
  • Interest in financial markets and data/IT applications in this sector
  • Good understanding of post-trade and securities business (a plus)
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Ideally proficient in written and spoken German

Tasks

  • Support business development and market readiness initiatives
  • Assist in creating and distributing business strategy narratives
  • Generate internal intelligence and senior management presentations
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research
  • Develop and execute regular reporting and KPIs
  • Monitor business performance against key metrics
  • Create market research and analysis for issuer services
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on market offerings
  • Support go-to-market and sales strategies
  • Prepare and update sales materials and pitch decks
  • Develop senior management decision proposals
  • Support market readiness activities
  • Track progress on client activities
  • Assist with annual budget process

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
