- Implement strategies for various sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with the Sustainability Board and stakeholders
- Implement net-zero strategies for internal operations
- Support execution of local environmental activities
- Initiate dialogue and share best practices
- Coordinate global partnerships to increase ESG impact
- Increase ESG visibility to new audiences
- Integrate sustainability into the organizational DNA
- Foster employee engagement with sustainability goals
- Coordinate sustainable operations for Allianz Direct
- Manage environmental reporting and management systems
- Analyze climate change and energy transition topics
- Clean and analyze sustainability data
- Prepare visual reports using Excel and PowerBi
- Formulate complex information clearly for stakeholders
- Manage tasks independently with high accuracy
- Take end-to-end responsibility for international projects
- Apply ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards
