- Own Customer Success automations
- Set up alerts and ticketing workflows
- Operationalize Marketing's multichannel outreach engine
- Support LinkedIn, email, and paid retargeting campaigns
- Conduct required analyses
- Build ad-hoc reports
- Support customer events
- Provide cross-functional assistance as needed
