- •Manage a direct report in process engineering
- •Report to the plant director as a leadership team member
- •Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers
- •Standardize workflows and interactions across functions
- •Evaluate project feasibility and packaging capabilities
- •Provide capacity and project updates to regional teams
- •Implement approved change projects and lead site initiatives
- •Establish a governance process to track project risks
- •Serve as the primary contact for plant business development
- •Align with R&D for pilot trials and vertical start-ups
- •Develop necessary operational procedures and communications
